My wife and I just bought an almost-new Mazda 3. We had a good experience working with Tommy. We live out of state and knew it was the car we wanted and drove in 3.5 hours to pick it up. Things all went really smoothly throughout. Our only slight frustration was driving off with only a couple gallons of gas in the car, which meant we had to stop for gas before leaving Chicago.

Nice clean drive-in facility, friendly staff, and modern updated waiting room. When the mechanic had a question about something I requested I was able to go into the back and show him what I needed done. I wanted the sway bar mount and bushing lubricated. Most shops seem to keep the owner and mechanic separated at all times. I had requested the same service at another dealership, and they said it couldn't be done.

We worked with Jeff to purchase a CPO CX9. The process was pretty smooth, and we are very happy with the new (to us) car. Jeff is extremely knowledgeable about Mazda vehicles, and was able to provide a great amount of detail about the different cars we were considering. In the end, he helped us make the call between two cars we were considering, and actually suggested we take the slightly cheaper vehicle that better met our needs. He's also a friendly dude, and the few hours we spent with him were enjoyable. Would highly recommend.
